Ariel graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and previously worked at research institutes focusing on sociology, education, and program evaluation in both New York and Boston. After moving to Los Angeles, he switched careers to forensic accounting here at R&A. Ariel looks forward to meeting you and working with you on all aspects of your case. In addition to his work here, Ariel is also the co-creator and editor emeritus of the Jewish Literary Journal.

Briyana is a Los Angeles native. Briyana went to school in New York, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in finance from St. John’s University in 2018. 

Briyana is our newest Forensic Accountant after having just been promoted in a year from her role as Document Manager. In her new role, she provides litigation support to the senior Forensic Accountants and CPAs. In her short time with R&A, she has proven herself to be an integral member of the team, where her superb attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills have shown through.

In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts.

Ellie has been R&A’s Office Manager since 2013. She is a Los Angeles native and was a double major in History and Political Science. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the College of Mount Saint Vincent, located in Riverdale, NY.

At R&A, she ensures the smooth day-to-day running of R&A’s administrative needs.

She lives in Los Angeles with her two sons. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling and karaoke – where her singing is second to none.

Jin was born and raised in Korea where she attended college and received a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Studies. After graduation, she decided to move to New York to experience new things and study English. Soon after, she attended the University of North Texas where she received a Master’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a core in Taxation in International Economics and Business. In 2013, she moved to Los Angeles and began working for a CPA firm for 5 years. Before joining the R&A team, she was a senior staff accountant for 2 ½ years in a restaurant accounting company in Santa Monica. In her free time, Jin enjoys hiking and traveling.

Justin was born and raised in South Korea. He graduated from SungKyunKwan University in Seoul and received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics. After graduating, he worked at the Nasdaq listed online game company, ‘‘Gravity’’ for two years as a staff accountant. He came to Los Angeles in 2012 and began his career as a tax accountant in 2013. He received his California CPA license in 2018 and began working within the public accounting realm for various types of clients. Justin has experience with real estate, restaurants, wholesale, and influencers.

 Justin currently lives in Los Angeles, and in his spare time, is active with his church and enjoys reading the bible.

Maria was born and raised in Kyiv, Ukraine. When she was eighteen years old, she moved to New York to attend a university. She joined the US Army while in college, where she worked as a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic for the next 6 years. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Economics, she started working for a CPA firm and began taking accounting classes at a local college. She is currently studying for the CPA exam. In her free time, she likes to draw, play video games and go to the beach with friends.

Pavel received a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Cal State University, Northridge in 2013. He started with with R&A in 2016. Prior to that, Pavel was an accountant for a small film distribution company in Hollywood, CA, and he has also done accounting work in the legal California cannabis industry. He is a member in good standing of both the California Society of CPAs and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Pavel is originally from Ukraine and currently resides in West Hollywood with his two rescue dogs. He enjoys collecting religious relics while traveling and experimenting with new recipes.

Reginald was born in Flanders, Belgium and has lived and worked in seven countries on four continents. He also speaks Dutch, German, French and Spanish. He has previously worked as a customs brokerage and logistics specialist and is a professional oil painter.
